Trouble with commercial release, beta was fine

Today I updated to build 2 of the commercial release from the beta, imported the database, but now am having some trouble. DB access seems much slower than the beta version and I'm getting some unusual errors. Most tabs are working fine even though access is really slow. But the "winnings" tab is not. Any ideas what's wrong? I've attached a screen shot.

Have you re-imported your hands since upgrading to the commercial release? There was a change in the database structure between B11 and Build 1 which required a re-import.

Sorry I might sound like an idiot here but how do u re-import?? I don't have problems with beta but with the new commercial release though I recieved the msg of "Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: PokerTracker is configured to import into an outdated database. This must be corrected before an import can succeed." thx

I thought I did... basically I exported all the hands from the beta database and reimported into the new one. I didn't know another way to do it anyway.

DonkeyKong:
Click "Database" then "Database Management" from the menu bar. In the resulting window, click "New" then click the little blue link "Browse Databases". Select your old database from this window and click 'ok' and then 'connect'. Click on your old database, and click "export". Choose a new empty directory to export to and click 'ok'. This will export your hand histories from the old database to files in the folder you chose.
Make sure your new Build 2 database is Default and Active (using the 'set default' and 'set active' buttons), and go to the Import Tab, the Manual Import sub-tab and use the 'Import from a Directory' button to import all of your old hand histories into the new database. Once the hand histories are imported in the new database, you can delete your old database from the database management window, and you are all set to use the commercial release of PokerTracker 3.
SlickDonkey:
That sounds right. Could you please attach your PokerTracker.log file (from C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\) to a support ticket? We will better be able to figure out what is going on with a log file.

You don't need to uninstall.
If you want to clean your database and re-import as described above, just go to Database Management, select the database and click Purge - this will remove all data from the database then you can start again.
