3.14.7 fixed some 888 import issues and was released about 3 weeks ago. You can download it on our Download Page.

realized wrong thread for PT4 issues

it stopped working yesterday luckyace and 888 no longer import hands since yesterdays client update
I have 4.10.8, do I need to downgrade?

Sorry, if there were changes yesterday that won't be in any PT3 release. If it isn't working in 4.10.8 please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. If you could include the hand history as well that would be very useful.
