This is Bad. So confused now

I follow someone's instructions of creating the new Data and saving my old Data to solve my problem when I recieve my message of "Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: PokerTracker is configured to import into an outdated database. This must be corrected before an import can succeed.". Now I think I delet my old data on the program but I still save it on the Desktop.. plz help.
