Import problems

Postby PellePotatis » Sun Mar 02, 2014 2:03 pm

I just reinstalled my computer the other day and then when I reinstalled PT3 and postgreSQL and started to manually import the saved hands from saved .txt-files. But when it came to a duplicate file (don't know why I had them) it went into an infinite loop it seems and the stop import button didn't work. And after trying around abit i noticed that my database was 100 Gb (for just some 10'000 hands i had managed to import).
I use the latest version of PT3 (3.14.7) and of postgreSQL (9.3.3-1)

It also happed the same when I used autoimport. Think it was because of the same reason.

Didn't have any problems with it before I reinstalled.

Any help would be appreciated

PostgreSQL 9.3 is not supported - you will need to uninstall that and install our recommended version 9.0.

If you still have the problem using PostgreSQL 9.0 then please attach the file which causes the problem to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.

For future reference, it's much faster to make a Backup when you want to transfer your data to another computer.
