Can't access database after update

I updated to PT 4.10.9. Now all my HHs and stats are missing. I'm trying to reconnect to the old database, but nothing seems to work.

I tried importing all my hands from my old processed hands directory. It seemingly imported all my hands, but the Results, Statistic, etc. all remain empty.
I tried setting the existing database to "active" but that didn't work either.

I'm sure this info is already up somewhere, but I couldn't find it. Please direct me to the link.

If you reimported hands you should definitely be seeing data. Make sure you don't have any filters set in the left hand sidebar and make sure you have the proper screen name chosen from the Player drop down.

No filters on. My username selected.

I have a back-up file I could restore from... but it's not that recent. I'd rather get access to the database I had prior to update if possible.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

I'm on a Mac. No "start menu." How do I enable logging? Thx.

Turn on Configure -> Options --> Logging Enabled then restart PT4.
