William Hill crash after using PT4 HUD on Zoom tables

After opening zoom tables at william hill the software chrushes. Windows gives this diagnosis:

I'm using latest version of PT4 and haven't changed any justifications. Never had problems with using PT4 at zoom tables before.

Open PT4 and in the menu go to File > Open User Data Folder then close down PT4 and all of your poker sites.
In the window that opened go do the Config/AutoFiles folder. You should see a file called "stableFileList.ini" - delete that file. Then restart PT4 and let me know if that helps.
