1009 duplicates is it normal?

Where did these hands come from? Could there be duplicates? (i.e. the same hand history more than once).

It's possible you have duplicate hands. Compare the stats to what you have in PT2 and see if you can find any differences.

there is a little difference in stats

now im importing ipoker hand history for 100k hands only 1error and 0 duplicates

so maybe it depends on poker site

after 115k i suddenly see 3400 duplicates and this number is growing

I'm sure you will just have copies of some hand histories, but if you want to make sure, note which file causes duplicates.
Create a new clean database and import just this file. Then import the other files and see when duplicates start being reported again. Compare the file contents and see if you have the same hand in both files.
