HUD not showing stats for half the table.

I am having this problem when using HUD. I am playing tournaments and I usually am in a situation where like half of the peoples stats are not shown. For example there is 9 players at the table, the hud shows up for all of them but for like 3-4 theres no statistics instead it shows dashes.. A few months ago I experienced this problem on players with weird names with symbols like &%$ or something like that, but now it does not matter what the name is Im not getting the statistics to show up. (even tho the hud box next to player apears..)

Anyone has a solution?

Are you using PT3 or PT4?

PT4. And I just noticed that the stats are not showing up for the people im playing first time with..

Initially when you play someone you won't have any hands on them, but stats should update as hands are imported.
If you're not using v4.11.6 please update and rebuild the cache (Database > Database Management).
