PokerTracker

Hi, I updated today to v.4.11.8 and now the HUD appears but doesnt work. And PT its very slow. How could I return to 4.11.7? or what can I do to solve this?

I made this and now works fine:
In PokerTracker go Database -> Database Management, click the 'Housekeeping' button and run the following in this order:

1. Reindex
2. Cluster
3. Vacuum/Analyze

PT4 v.4.11.7 was the last stable Version for me.

11.8. completely blackout my cpu.
11.9. is really slow.

on both after klick on getting hands everything is in slowmotion.

On View Import Status it try to download every 15sec exchange rate information and its not importing the hands

I tryed the same like mmarcr but with no result

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
