Viewport problem

as you can see on this screen:
I can't see the marked checkbox. I've tried to switch my desktop resolution but that doesn't change anything. The problem is that I've klicked the box a few times hoping that the window moves automatically. Unfortunately I didn't count how often I klicked it so I don't know if it's checked or not
Do you know how to fix it or at least how I can find out if it's checked or not (i.e. by importing a test-HH)?
