PT4 problems with FTP and Pokerstars

Hello,
I have been using Pokertracker alot on Windows, now i have bought a new laptop (Macbook Air) and i seem to run into problems.First of all, i can play. I can log in into Pokerstars but i can't seem to find the directories in my laptop. I cant setup pokertracker 4 because of this, it says Pokerstars does not appear to be installed. Also i cant find the application in the 'Launchpad'. It looks like i installed Pokerstars but my Mac doesnt have recognize it or something.
Has this occured before and what should i do?

Please see our PokerStars Configuration Guide. Pay particular attention to the steps on saving your hand histories in the PokerStars client, and once the are saved you can configure that directory in PT4 even if PT4 doesn't detect it - just click Add and add it in and it will work even if that red error message is there.
