This could be me missing something. But I have a session that only shows 50% of the hands that I played (in the sessions tab). And that the session was a loser, which it was not. If I look in the "summary" tab it shows the correct amount of hands. What is going on? and how do i find/get back those missing hands?

Are you using build 2? (if not, please try it)
Also please make sure you have no filters set - click "Clear", top right.
