import from pt2 to pt3

how do i get my hands from pt 2 to pt3. My pt2 database is not in post SQL format. If I need to convert my pt 2 database first how do i do it? I tried but dont know th settings it asks for thanks

Convert from PT2 to PT3 when PT2 is not using postgresql
