I am having a problem getting the HUD to start on multiple tables on pokerstars. It starts properly on one table, and then I get an error dialog:

An error occured in the hud process
exception: Accesss violation
Please restart pokerttracker

Restarting pokertracker resulted in the same error. I tried restarting my computer and still got the same error. I have the latest version of poker tracker installed. I have not had this issue with previous version of PT3.

I am running XP, not Vista.

Please reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log to the Support system, and link to this topic, give as much detail as possible, thanks.

Might be a known issue: When starting the HUD while having multiple FTP 9-max tables open, PT and FTP freezes for a while although CPU-usage is nowhere close to maximum. This also happens when i rearrange tables (tile) or i reset the HUD.

Yes, fixing the HUD bugs is the main priority at the moment.

It doesn't sound like this is the same as that issue described. When I get home tonight I will get a repro and send the log in. Is logging turned on by default?

OK, thanks. Check logging at Configure -> Options. I think it should be on by default.
