Dont want to hijack your thread, but im having a very similar problem as you and need help also! Didn't see the point of starting another thread.

Im getting the same error message but with "unknown token encountered : date_session_end."

It works fine with all the player stats, but when I try adding a few table stats as well I get this error!

Could someone help please...

I've downloaded the latest patch and that doesn't help. My own HUD stats are not showing either, just flick up every so often.

Why are we still waiting for suppport!!

Could someone please help?!

There is a stat in the list available on HUD config that shouldn't be there, and I suspect that you've added it (or them) which is causing the problem.
Can you remember which stats you added last? I'm afraid I can't remember what the offending stats are, but they are ones that stand out from the list a bit. Try removing any that look a bit suspicious if you can't remember what you just added, and see if that helps.
If not, Please reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log to the Support system, and link to this thread.

All I done was add another group for table stats, went to stats and added Hands/Hour, VP$IP, PFR, Total AF and $/Hand, and this caused the error.

Could you not find out the offending stats for us if this is what is causing all the problems....

The thing is, is all the stats on the popup's work ok, and the table stats I added are supposed to be there so could this still be the problem?

Please reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log to the Support system, and link to this thread.

I have no idea how to do that...I also looked through all the documentation for PT3 and there is no HUD configure instructions...

Yes, it's a problem with Table Average Stats.
I can't remember which stats exactly, I know about it because I read an answer by Josh about this, but I can't remember which is was. You can search the forum.
I think it may be $/hand - try removing that and see if it works.

Right, I just tried again while waiting to sit down and it worked without any problems.

I then sat at the table and from then on it didn't allow me to alter the stats, and the error message occurred. I stood up and it still made no difference, yet when I closed down FTP and PT3 then started them up again and tried changing stats without sitting down it worked again.

Could you please pass this information on so it can somehow be rectified.

I dont think this helps donkkks problem as his is just occurring during play I think?

One other thing is the $/Hand seems to be a player stat and not table, the best I can find is $/Hour Table, but wanted to have the average table pot size......Is this available?

That worked a few times but now its happening ramdomly again!

Im not sure your right about the $/Hand stat though as I had it working at one point but it seems to be a player stat and not table so I deleted it.......now I only have VP$IP, PFR and Total AF, had it working for a while now I cant get ANY HUD stats up!

Maybe it would have been worth getting rid of these glitches before bringing it out for commercial sale at $89 :!:
