Poker tracker is not importing any hands...PAHUD not working

My poker tracker is not importing any hands...I'm lost and not computer savvy...please help. I cant multi without it!

A few questions which would be useful to have the answers to:
Is it giving you an error?
What happens when you start auto-import?
Did you turn off the hand history saving in your poker client?
Is your database server currently running (ie- make sure PostgreSQL is running; start -> programs -> postgresql -> start service)?

Without more information it's hard to give you an instant resolution.

NO error is showing up.
When I start timer it just says zero hands imported every minute it fires.
My hand history settings on pokerstars are all the same.
As far as the last question I wasnt able to find that in my programs


Also, when I export my hand histories to my folder from pokerstars they are not showing up. I have my "save my hand history" box checked.

It sounds like you don't have PokerStars set up to write hand histories properly. You are playing hands, though aren't you, not just observing?

See menu item Options -> Instant Hand History Options (in pokerstars).
Make sure it's set to write to your hard disk, and that HH files are being created as you play.
Then make sure that PT3 auto import is configured to use the same folder.

Support system

I am playing hands. How do I know if they are being sent to a hard disk? I just have them sent to a folder. It has worked fine before, but one day stopped working. Auto importing is not working either. Also I believe I have PT2 not 3...Do I need to upgrade?

OK I got poker tracker to Import hands by changing the files. But PAHUD is still not working. No table are showing up in the window and no stats. I have the hands needed set at 1 hand so that isnt the problem. HELP!

If you go to Options -> Preferences in PAHud, and then click the Hold'Em tab beneath "Databases", is your PT2 database selected in that list?
