importing hands works well, but PT says 0 players

i have the problem that i importet the hands, but when i click on "Texas Holdem" there are 0 Players imported. The Hud also doesnt work.

Importing seems to work:
PokerStars: Found 1 file to monitor.
2008/05/23 23:27:00: PokerStars: Loading hand history file: "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX".txt

(the X is from me...)

i already checked my postgres, it runs and i also tried to deinstall and reinstall both (PT3 and postgres) perhaps u can help me

Did you click the Refresh button on the Texas Holdem tab after importing?

yes, ~100 times


PT3 worked well on beta, but i deinstalled it last wekk and installed my full version yesterday...

There isn't a filter setup right now that would be keeping you from seeing these imports is there? If not, Please enable logging (configure -> options -> enable logging). Then recreate the error and send us the log file by attaching it to a support ticket. The logfile is located at c:\Program Files\Poker Tracker 3\pokertracker.log.
