OnGame import not working

Hello, I have an issue with PT v3 b2 not recognizing hand histories and databases spitted out by my OnGame client (the support page didn't include OnGame but PT did, so I kind of wonder if it's supported?). The Auto Import detects nothing, and the Manual Import gives the following error:

Hand History file (txt) with 1 hand:

2008/05/25 11:44:10: Import beginning
2008/05/25 11:44:11: Import file: C:StatsHandHistory4.txt
2008/05/25 11:44:11: Unrecognized file format.
2008/05/25 11:44:11: Import complete. 0 hands in 1 file were imported. (0 errors, 0 duplicates)

Database file (db) which should have 70 hands:

2008/05/25 11:51:31: Import beginning
2008/05/25 11:51:31: Import file: C:StatsNew.db
2008/05/25 11:51:31: + Complete (0 hands, 0 errors, 0 duplicates)
2008/05/25 11:51:31: Import complete. 0 hands in 1 file were imported. (0 errors, 0 duplicates)

I have included an extract from a hand histories file (extracted from the client as txt), as well as a .db file if someone could figure what's wrong in them (and if I can do something to transform either of them into readable form, for example)

Thanks for your time!

OnGame is supported, but those files don't import for me either.
Have you not been able to get any hands to import for OnGame?
Can I suggest that you attach that file to the Support system so that it doesn't get lost.

That's right. It probably has something to do with my particular client, which I think is a game provider-modded version of the default ongame client (it has the site logo on the middle of the tables, slightly different menus etc.) The exported hand histories looked pretty simple though, so I don't think it would be too tricky to convert them into PT-readable form if I knew a format which works.

Sure, did that.

Ah, OK. I'm sure Josh will have a look at it when he has time.
Thanks.
