Can't import hands

I keep on getting this message: "Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: Unable to login to database (PT3_2008_05_17_040514). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?"

Everything was working out well and then suddenly I got this message after restarting the computer. I downloaded the most recent version and I'm still not able to import. What can I do?

Click Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Start Service.

Then restart PT3 and it should function properly.

You can follow this tutorial to make sure that PostgreSQL restarts automatically each time you reboot your computer.
