Hi.
My Poktertracker does not show a Tourney /Sitngo HUD, it only appears when i'm playing cash.

The funniest thing is: I played the 8R with my friends account because he still had to work a few days ago and the tourney HUD worked!

Please help me, the Tourney and Cash HUD Settings are configured the same...

Are the hands importing properly? Do you see the PT Icon on the table at all? If you see the PT Icon but no statistics, you should check in the HUD Options to see whether "Show hands from this blind level only" is checked, and try turning it off. You might also want to change the number of minimum hands required to display statistics to a much lower number. If you are playing turbos and only displaying hands from the current blind level you might never reach the hands required to actually display statistics on an opponent.

If these solutions do not fix your problem, could you please enable logging as explained in Tutorial: How to Create a PokerTracker 3 Log File, replicate this situation in a new tournament and attach the hand history as well as the log file to a Support Ticket and we will figure out exactly what is going on in your situation.
