Importing txt files

I just downloaded the trial, and am trying to import some txt HHs saved on my computer. I get unrecognized file extension, and no files imported. How do I import these HHs?

What is the extension? Is it .txt?
What site are the hands from?
Are they exported from PT2 or direct from the site?

.txt
Ultimate Bet
saved to my HD from UB, then I tried to import them.

PokerTracker 3 does not yet support UltimateBet. You can see a rough ordering of the sites we intend to add support for next in
this forum post. We will add more support after that as we get to it.
