Does not import all hand the first time (OnGame)

I am playing at OnGame and have autoimport on everytime i play. Today the PT amount won and the cash on site didnt add up so i manualy reimported the "processed" folder of PT3. It found multiple new hands to import. Here's a SS

Just noticed that for the first update i should purge my DateBase and reimport. I didnt do it. Could that be the reson some hands are not imported properly?

It's possible, yes. Maybe some valid hands weren't imported correctly in build 1.
If you see this again in the future (i.e. hands not imported when they should be) please submit your log file and hand histories to the Support system before restarting PT3.

Ok ill purge my Database now and if it happens again ill contact the support system. But could you just explain or link to a page that explains how to get the log file plz.

After you purge, restart PT3 - otherwise the limits can appear to be wrong.
Alternatively, delete the database and create a new one.
