HUD which doesn't readjust

Hi,
I use the trial version, i play on Everest Poker, when i am begin a session the HUD work fine but after few minutes it's seem the hands stop been importing since the HUD don't readjust for new players and new hands. But when i check the auto-import it's indicate that the import "running".
What's the problem ?
