The default in PT3 seems to be that the stats for BB/100 is actually 2*BB/100 hands.
In PT2 there is an option to make it the true BB/100 but I cannot find this option in PT3 - is it just well hidden or has this feature been dropped.

It's not been dropped, it's just not been added yet, but it will be.
