IMPORTING HANDS NOT WORKING

hi there i purchased pt3 and cant get the importing hands to import its says '' FULL TILT IS NOT CONFIGURED TO SAVE HAND HISTORIES TO DISK'' how do i configure it to work ? please help thank you..

I do not play at Full Tilt but on Stars you have to set this up in the PokerStars options to save hand history to your hard drive. This may be the case with you as well. Then you have to tell PT3 where you are saving the files too. Set this up in PT on the import page.
