First my hud was working fine but it suddenly switched to super small. I fixed the normal stats but I dont know how to fix te pop up stats.

You fix the pop up stats in the same way that you fix normal stats - they are just another group.
Before you do that, though, please attach layouts.pt3 (in the "data" folder of your PT3 installation) to the Support system and link to this thread.
