Random (6max) hands

I just manually imported hands from my PT2 database into PT3.
I don't play 6 max tables yet on a few of the limits I've played on I have seperate 6 max tabs, even when looking at the hand history I can see 8 people at the table.
Any reason why these full ring tables are going into 6 max?

I had a similar problem with a session after installing the beta today. I was baffled why my balance did not match my PT3 data. After hours of frustration I installed the last build again and removed all filters to see I had 49 (6 max) hands playing at full ring tables.

How do I purge these hands so I can import them again with the trial version?

Thanks,

SQQTED

I have same problem, it appears that sessions that start with 6 or less people are tagged as 6max.

edit: or at any point become 6 or less handed, have a session that started with 9 that is marked as 6max

I play on party poker and I imported hands with manual import.

I thought the problem was isolated to Beta 12. Now even that I reinstalled 5/16 build I am losing hands from autoimport. I am pulling out my hair to figure out where because they are not even listed as 6 max now.

I am glad I have not paid yet. I am spending more time trying to figure out what is wrong than play poker. Losing my patience fast.

SQQTED,

If you can attach some of these hands that are importing properly to a support request and reference this thread I will make sure we take a look at them and figure out what is going on.

What is the quickest way to determine which hand did not import? Going through hundreds of hands manually from my email from pokerstars to see if they are in PT3 is driving me crazy. I would import them into a different database but my trial version doesn't allow that.

My hand history email from pokerstars imported 40 out of 200 (160 duplicates). What can I email you to show you which ones did not auto import?

I was having serious internet connection issues at the time. Maybe that was the cause?

Attaching the entire hand history file to a support ticket is the best thing to do.
