The bottom line for average BB/100 (and BB/hour) over 7days is higher than my individual days which obviously seems wrong. The other values reflect a "typical day" (average) but these ones are wayyyyy off it seems.

Would you mind zipping these hands and attaching them to a support ticket? I can then verify if the calculations are incorrect.

Will do, but surely an average can't be higher than the individual numbers used to compute that average.

Also, where would I typically find that data?

I'm thinking no, but you never know. I'd like to take a look at it.

Do I send data from my processed folder under PT3?

If you are moving them to the processed folder then yes they should be there...

use RAR or ideally 7z format?

zip is certainly allowed...

I have WIndows XP and just right click, send to compressed folder. Should I be doing this another way?
