"Player Summary" and "Player Statistics"

Postby dk_drums » Thu Feb 14, 2008 6:00 pm

These two windows show a different number of total hands with NO filters. Do you have any idea what might cause this? I have imported a total of 854 hands that I played, but the "Player Summary" window only shows 841 hands. The difference has been a total of 13 hands for the past several hundred hands (in other words, there have been exactly 13 hands missing from the "Player Summary" window since I only had a couple hundred hands imported, leading me to believe that more hands are not getting lost).

Also, there are 854 hands under the "Hands" tab when "Starting Hands" are displayed, further verifying that 854 hands are truly imported.

Is this with Beta 4 using a new database?

I have imported hands from $2/4nl and $1/2nl at Full Tilt, as well as some hands at $0.01/0.02nl at Pokerstars. I just realized that all the missing hands from the "Player Summary" window are from $2/4nl at Full Tilt however.

Yes, this is with Beta 4 and a brand new database. I just started using PT3 today so I am a newbie, but I have looked through a lot of the posts on the forum here.

Can you please send me those $2/4 NL Full Tilt hands via the PokerTracker Support[/urlqhz] system so that we can try to reproduce the problem?

Best regards,

Derek

Should I copy and paste all the hand history files into one file? Or should I submit them all separately?

It would be best if you could keep the hand history files as they are and zip them up into one zip file....

Here is a good free zip utility. 7zip[/urlqcc]

Okay, I made a new database, and just manually re-imported the entire "\PokerTracker 3\Processed" directory. Problem solved. Must have been a fluke.. Thanks for your help.
