Clustering not "complete"

I'm glad PT2-->PT3 import finally works.

After it finished importing, it the Import Status box said "Clustering complete" while the clustering window is still working. So it's obvious that clustering isn't "complete" when the status box indicates that it is. The box gave me the "clustering complete" window about an hour ago and the db is still clustering. I imported 2.1mill hands.

This is a known bug. I haven't yet figured it out.
