PT3 crash when replaying hands

Thanks for PT3. I have very few bugs with it.

The only recurring bug is when I replay hands, sometimes, the software crash.

It is always the same scenario: at the end of the hand, the final pot stay in the middle and do not go to the winner. Then, it is impossible to close the replaying window and to access to the other PT3 window. I am obliged to close and restart PT3.

I don't know if it is important but I am still using the trial version but will soon acquire my registration code.

I have the same type of problem too; I can replay a few hands in a session, until PT3 freezes, and I must kill it, and start again at the following hand. If I try the specific hand where it crashes, it never works (always freezes). This is poker stars hands.

what operating system and version you running?

what video card and driver?

have you any other softwares running at the same time of the freeze?

What version of PT3 are you running? Several Replayer bugs were fixed recently, so if you're not already, please try beta 13.
If you still have trouble with beta 13, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log to the
Support system , and link to this thread.

I have now download the beta13 version and I have no more problem.
