Beta 14 - making chat in Party to not work

With beta 14 the chat doesn't work on party as soon as I turn on the HUD and get up stats.

Do you mean that you can't type into the box?
Is this because the box is blocked by stats? You know that you can move them by right-click-dragging, yes?

If you're not using Beta 14, please try it.

Hi,
i got exactly the same problem.
And no, the box to type in isnt blocked by stats
Seems like lots of people got this problem in combination with Vista, PT3 and PartyPoker.
You are able to type into the box but you just dont send the message by click on return.

If you start PartyPoker with Admin rights this problem doesnt appear but then the PartyPoker display is buggy

Yes I mean the exact problems as geneticZ described. I'm also using Vista and Beta 14. I don't think I need to make a ticket because geneticZ probably have done it by now. But let me know if I need to make one.

I tried to run Party as administrator once and the chat worked then. Everything else worked fine that time to.

The general advice is that you need to run all your poker software as administrator, or in Visata with UAC turned off.
