My cash DB can't be open.
Here is what I'm getting even after I reinstall PT3 completely

Try removing the filter you have set - click 'Clear'.
Does that help?

It did.

But it comes back when I try to use day filter.

Have you tried any other dates?
Try a range of dates instead of a single date too.

Ah, just noticed in the pic you are running build 2.
Try Beta 15, see if that helps.
Download and install PT3.
Please read the Beta 15 release notes first.

I got myself Beta 15

Some date ranges do not get anything (blank data fields)
Some (between dates, but not all dates) would not populate players list (red error instead) with the rest info looking to be normal.

ooops, no ranges are working anymore

It does not import hands either

Sounds like you have a database error.
Please look that error up in the Database / Postgres FAQ
