moving pt 3 and everything with it

Hi i have just bought a new laptop and want to install pt3 and all my postg databse from my old laptop onto to my new one . Can anyone help on how to do it ??

e.g what files i need to copy over ect ????? and how best would you copy it memory stick ect

Backup these files and move them over after you have installed PT3 there. To backup your PostgreSQL database, follow the tutorial in this FAQ.
