Problem installing Postgre SQL

I just downloaded PT3 and when i try to install PostgreSQL i get this error message "Please use the main MSI file to install PostgreSQL" followed by "Installation ended prematurely because of an error:". What do i do wrong? Should i download it at another place?

Need help!
