TOTALLY LOST: worked for a few hours now im just gone crazy

So I installed the program and opened up full itlt, played 3 games and it was okay. tried fiddling with some of the otions cuze god knows there are so many buttons for people to mess it all up, long story short i ended buying the micro stakes version first-it worked for a while then there just some problems or something. so i decided to upgrade to the full model. then i couldnt get it to work and get back to the place where it was actually being recorded. so now i deleted it all off my computer, i think..i went to the command prompt and typed in the command in the ms-dos thing or whatever and it didnt show me what ive read in the instructions, so now i have nothing working i dont know how to install any of this correctly. Is there a live support for this prduct? can anyone call me and help me figure this out. im going crayz, ive had this for like 6 hours and its already broken, i paid for this and i dont even know where to start. ive been searching throughout and i dont know what to do.

If you're uninstalled PostgreSQL then you will need to follow this guide to completely uninstall and re-install it.

Re-installing PT3 is just a matter of re-running the installer.
