i have a problem with PostgreSQL

hi i just bought PT3 and it was all smooth till i get this



then i dont have a clue what is going on with the password so i cant connect( i write a password and it says it is wonrg), then i clicked on "need postgreSQL installed" so i clicked it and then after all i got this



and i will translate to you what does it says
WINDOWS INSTALLER: it can not be opened this instalation package, prove that the package exists and that you can get access to it; or either way, contact with the customer of this aplication to prove that its a valid package for windows installer.

please help me as soon as you can......

ok i uninstalled PT3 and now i got this.........

pt3 ask me to install postgresql and if i want to poker tracker install it for me..... i click YES.. and then it comes to this.......

and te installation stops....... pls help me cuz i really want to start playing poker with PT3

The default password is dbpass.
