Where is the DB stored?

I bought a new computer and am using my old drive on a external HD case. I want to use my PT2 postgreSQL database but I don't know where it's stored and how to find it/use it.

Any help?

PostgreSQL databases are not stored in a single file but many smaller files to improve performance. They are located under the PostgreSQL\<version>\data\base directory.

how many megs will a big DB (+1mil hands) be?
When it installs, it doesn't give me a chance to select where to install. It just autoinstalls on C drive, and I do not have that much space left on it. (I like to keep 1gb free on C drive).

If you want to install to a separate drive then you will need to manually download and install PostgreSQL.

I am unsure how much disk space a 1M+ hand database would consume. I have not really tested this...
