That appears correct to me (although I personally do not use pgadmin).

Probably not. Advanced configuration procedures such as installing to a different directory, etc. will probably need to be done via a manual install.

We do plan on implementing a backup/restore option shortly though.

My C: drive has plenty of space and safe to run here for now then until you guys put the backup and restore feature in. I hate installing PostgreSQL manually since there is so much room for error. What would be really great is if you guys decide to fix it so you have the option of what drive PostgreSQL goes on...then I can wait till the backup and restore option is implemented, back up, uninstall everything, reinstall to proper drives, and restore. That would make everything easy for me

On another note...I have to say, even though I got aggrivated because my DB got destroyed (which I did end up getting back), you guys really are the best support in the world!!!! Hands down, no other application for anything out there has the support like you guys do. Awesome job and thank you for all your hard work! Your application is the backbone in the world that I live in for Poker!

I ended up backing up, unistalling everything, reinstall everything from scratch, restore. I left lengthly message here: http://www.pokertracker.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=3461&p=17219#p17219 on how I did it. I was having other issues and this just seemed to take care of everything for now.

Good deal. I am glad that you were able to get everything back up and running.

All of this 'hassle' and pain of learning PostgreSQL will be very hand in the future for you. The time you spent learning this will pay dividends over the long run
