Problem w/ downloading PT3 and poker grapher

I have been having problems the last couple of days w/ downloading pt3 and also poker grapher, and i think it could be related to the same thing.

Everytime I try downloading PT3, I get 2 error messages saying:

Failed to run intidb:1! Please see the logfile in C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL.../
then the 2nd message says when I try to get into PT3 while I try to configure the PostgreSQL, then it says

Unable to create PostgreSQL database:PT3 Beta..Reason:Unable to login to database (template1). Reason:could not connect to server.

Ok this could be either the easiest thing in the world to fix or its as hard as I think it is, I'm good with computers but not that good.

I think I know what I did before, because I downloaded PT3 2 months ago and it was working great, but I had to uninstall it, just to wait for more updates for it. But earlier this week, I used Disk Cleanup and I think I may have accidentally deleted some important files. So Im not sure what to do, if you need any more info just pm me, I have a dell XPS desktop.

What operating system are you using?

Completely uninstall PostgreSQL and make sure that your main PostgreSQL directory is removed. (Typically C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL)

Then go Start->Run, 'cmd' OK. At the command prompt type: 'net user postgres /delete' (no quotes).

If you are running Microsoft Vista, download and manually install PostgreSQL 8.2.7.
