Problem when installing PostgreSQL

When i am installing PstgresSQL, this error message comes up:
Failed to run initdb: 1!

It looks like it's having a problem with your locale. Please try downloading the latest version of 9.0 from this link and installing it manually - if it completes, you'll then be able to use it with PT3 without any problems.
