cannot connect to database

Hi, i was using holdem manager and i had postgreSQL installed previously, now when i installed pt3 , it says 'unable to connect to database, please check configuration.

i uninstalled postgreSQL to try to solve the issue but its still not working. please help

If you uninstalled PostgreSQL you probably have a partial installation and you will need to fully uninstall and reinstall PostgreSQL to get it working again.
See the tutorial in the Documentation.

For future reference, all you needed to do initially was to use the password that HM set up, which would probably have been 'postgrespass'. If you have any other issues please post before uninstalling anything as that is rarely the answer and can often cause complications.
