That means that PostgreSQL is not installed - you're missing a lot of necessary files there.

You can reinstall it by downloading and running the installer from here.

I've reinstalled it a few times now already but I did it again and no luck, it looks like nothing has changed at all where the files are concerned.
When reinstalling it also said twice that a non-fatal error has occurred, I think it's probably just a larger problem with my computer I guess, thank you for all the help anyway

If you create a support ticket we can schedule a remote assistance session to get things installed for you if you'd like.

hello, postgrsql is driving me crazy, the only way I can open my poker tracker 3 is by downloading each time postgrsql before opening it!
When I enter sudo su postgres -c '/Library/PostgreSQL/9.0/bin/pg_ctl -D /Library/PostgreSQL/9.0/data/ restart'
I get:pg_ctl: PID file "/Library/PostgreSQL/9.0/data/postmaster.pid" does not exist
Is server running?
starting server anyway
pg_ctl: could not read file "/Library/PostgreSQL/9.0/data/postmaster.opts"

and when I enter :sudo ls /Library/PostgreSQL/9.0/data/
I get:PG_VERSION pg_hba.conf pg_notify pg_twophase
base pg_ident.conf pg_stat_tmp pg_xlog
global pg_log pg_subtrans postgresql.conf
pg_clog pg_multixact pg_tblspc postmaster.opts

It s driving me nuts, please tell me what to do to instantly get it when I turn on my computer instead of downloading postgrsql every time I want to use poker tracker

Thanks for you help

That sounds like you have a messed up PostgreSQL installation. Please follow this guide to uninstall and reinstall PostgreSQL and that should get things working.

If not, please open a ticket as Kraada suggested above and we'll work with you to get things sorted out.
