PT3 Starting problem

PT3 Starting problem

When I try to start up PT3 I get this error. I've looked everywhere on the forum so I apologize if this has been covered.

Click Start type services.msc and click on it when it appears. Look for PostgreSQL in the services list. Do you see it there? If so, is it started? If it's not started, can you start it successfully?

Try the following passwords, then, one of them may work:
postgrespass
svcPASS83
kraada
