Please attach the latest few files in C:\Program Files (x86)\PostgreSQL\x.x\data\pg_log\ (where x.x is whatever version you have installed) to a support ticket and we'll investigate further for you.

I am also facing the same issues..I have delete it..But still facing the same problem..When I restart it. It gives an error called "location is undefined".
