Right click the data folder, click Properties, and go to the Security tab. Do you see the postgres user in the top of the window?

In the pg_log folder do you see a file for the most recent start attempt? If so, what's in the file?

Please check your antivirus to see if it quarantined any files from the pg_xlog folder. Also check to make sure you didn't delete them accidentally - if you did, then restoring them (or removing them from the quarantine) will fix things -- if not, you are going to need to delete the data directory, uninstall PostgreSQL and start from scratch.
