Unable to login to database (PT3 DB)

This happens to me everytime I reboot my computer. I need to manually stop and start the PostgreSQL service and then it works again.. Quick fix:

I have my windows in different language, but I try to help. Control panel -> Administrator -> Services , Find PostgreSQL from the list. Click it. The first page in the bottom you can stop and start it. Stop it first and then start it again.

i know the PT team has done great work and not to put them down, but how could this go unnoticed??

It doesn't happen for many people, it must be something on your PCs.
