Unable to login to Database

"Unable to login to database (PT3 DB). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?"


Please help, everything was working so perfectly too :/

I have a ticket open for this as well..

btw, i already tried reinstalling postgreSQL, reinstalling PT3, and rebooting my computer..

plz fix this asap.

Another problem: I uninstalled PostgreSQL, now I can't reinstall it..

it's all good i managed to fix it 5 hours later

i uninstalled postgreSQL once again, then reinstalled it, and created a new database in PT3, and then manually imported all my hand histories (i save all my hh's into zip files).. now it's okay again.
