Postgre install help.....

I have purchased and now downloaded P3 several times and i have yet to find where to download/install the postgresQL. My reg code goes through and I know how to change the configuration so that i can bypass the password but the problem is that the PostGreSQL does not show up in my progams menu like the tutuorial shows!!!!... i found the program files for the Postgre in my computer but they do not allow me access to the properties to change the setting!...i have tried all of the suggestions in the other posts but it seems i have missed a step in the installation process...dont know why Ptracker didnt bother to have an installation tutorial because while i dont claim to be a software expert; as of right now i am an very unsatisfied customer!!!..please help..thanx

Did you download and install PT3 WITH postgres? This should set up postgres for you.
