Any way around PostSQL?

Postby JacksonTens » Mon Jun 30, 2008 10:25 pm

Hello, I am terrible with computers.

I got a message today when I opened PT3 demo that I had to upgrade as my old version had expired. I assumed this meant that I needed to purchase the full version. I did so, and registered my copy. Unfortunately, now I am having all this PostSQL fuss. I have uninstalled and reinstalled PT3 4 times, each time I get the same thing at the PostSQL screen. I tried deleting PostSQL but it won't work.

I even downloaded the non-PostSQL PT3, but it still wont work! How do I fix this? Its really, really annoying!

When updating PT3 you do not need to uninstall anything, just install the without postgres version over the top.

Now you have a half-uninstalled postgres version, you will need to completely uninstall it. See Total uninstall/reinstall of pt3.
